Inspired Learning Group acquires two Cambridge schools
Independent education provider, Inspired Learning Group (ILG), has acquired two schools in Cambridge: Cambridge International School, which provides education to children aged two to 11 for the international market, and Holme Court School, a special educational needs school.
The schools are both located in the same building.
ILG’s founder and chief executive Amit Mehta, said: “This is a particularly meaningful step for us, as Holme Court becomes our first SEN school. We are honoured to support the incredible work started by Dr Harriet Sturdy and her dedicated team. We look forward to building on the strong legacy of Holme Court School and Cambridge International School, sharing best practices, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for every pupil.”
ILG stated it will provide significant investment in facilities, staff development, and “access to a broad network of educational expertise”.
ILG now comprises 30 independent schools and nurseries, educating more than 3,500 pupils and employing more than 1,300 staff across the UK.
