The Independent Schools Inspectorate has published its new inspection framework and handbook for inspection from September.

The ISI stated that while the documents remain in draft form during the summer term while it concludes its pilot programme, the inspectorate doesn’t anticipate substantive changes to be made.

It added that schools can familiarise themselves with the content of both documents in the knowledge that they contain ISI’s methodology for inspection from September.
